Set in a Victorian building in the rural village of Stillingfleet, the 4-star Harmony House Bed & Breakfast provides homemade biscuits in rooms or in the self-contained annex. Free Wi-Fi is accessible and scenic walks can be enjoyed in the surrounding North Yorkshire countryside.Full English breakfasts are available, as well as lighter alternatives including pancakes or smoked haddock. With a log fire during the winter months, Harmony House’s guest lounge also has a TV with a DVD player and large bay windows.
Some of the building dates back to the 17th century and some bedrooms have original wooden beams. Bedrooms in the main building have a mini fridge, a flat-screen TV and ironing facilities. The annex has a private entrance, a compact kitchen and a TV with a DVD player in the lounge.
York’s historic city centre and its racecourse can be reached after a 20-minute drive. The A1 motorway is also within a 20-minute drive of this guest accommodation.
